- Anaghya is committed to offering a seamless and stress-free online shopping experience with its customer-friendly refund policy.
- We provide 100% returns and refunds under the following conditions
- Products received in a damaged condition due to transit issues.
- Products that have exceeded their expiry date.
- Products that do not match your original order.
- Orders canceled by the customer before receiving the confirmation email.
- To request a return for any of the above issues, please email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery, attaching an image of the damaged or expired product.
- Make sure to mention your order number in the email for quick assistance.
- Once the returned product is received by Anaghya, it will be verified for the claimed issues. If the complaint is validated, a refund for the product’s value will be processed via account payee transfer.
Cancellation Policy
- Anaghya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- The product is unavailable.
- Inaccurate pricing is listed on the website.
- Any other unforeseen reason based on market conditions.
- If an order is canceled after payment has been made, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 30 days.
- Orders placed online can only be canceled before the shipment is dispatched.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, if the product is damaged or a wrong item is delivered, exceptions can be made.

- Customers must adhere to Anaghya’s cancellation policy and cannot hold the company liable for any losses incurred due to the cancellation or return of orders.
- If the products are shipped back by the customer, an additional delivery amount of ₹100 will be added to the refund upon verification of the returned item.
